Here’s all you have to to know about Noah: It is made by Darren Aronofsky, who in my opinion is hoping to get his redo on The Fountain with a visually spectacular in addition to a dark, existential Biblical story. Okay, let’s just simply list a few names at this point; Russell Crow , Anthony Hopkins , Emma Watson , Rsy Winstone and Jennifer Connelly . Exceptionally huge stars, right? And they’re ready to appear in an epic retelling of Noah’s Ark, filled with banishment, apocalyptic visions as well as a race of giant six-armed angels. What’s not to love?

Although many folks are extremely disappointed regarding the casting of Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam,I ‘am still pretty assured that the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey is going to get a LOT of bums in seats when it ( erotically ) slinks its way into cinemas next year . Will you be going to see EL James’ blockbuster on the silver screen?
It’ll be the starting point of the end for my favorite dystopian franchise The Hunger Games come 2014, as Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson’s penultimate movie hits cinemas in November. It wouldn’t be Christmas without a big-budget fantasy adventure now, would it? December 2014 is going to be pretty much all about the 3rd installment of The Hobbit, which will see Bilbo, Gandalf and the Dwarves finally enter Smaug’s lair – but will they acquire their gold and return home safely? I don’t know! I am more excited about seeing Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatchtogether on the silver screen , to be perfectly frank .
There are certainly a number of terrific-looking animated movies that I simply didn’t have space to accommodate into this countdown – Mr. Peabody & Sherman and Big Hero Six chief amongst them. But my animated movie of choice for 2014 is the zealously awaited How To Train Your Dragon 2. The first film was a hit for DreamWorks Animation, and certainly among its very best films. And whilst co-director Chris Sanders went off to make The Croods ( and is now working on The Croods 2 ) , the other co-director – Dean DeBlois – has been calling the shots on this sequel . Believe it or not, he’s also knee deep in How To Train Your Dragon 3, which happens to be scheduled to land in 2016.
Christopher Nolan is a notoriously secretive filmmaker, and like Brad Bird’s Tomorrowland , specific points related to Interstellar are hard to obtain . As reported by certain sources, the story’s revolves around scientists attempting to make use of wormholes in space to discover arable land for a starving planet. Officially, however, all that’s been established is the fact that it’s about the discovery of a wormhole, and a team of scientists’ voyage through it. The cast includes Matthew McConaughey , Anne Hathaway , Jessica Chastain , Casey Affleck and John Lithgow , and filming appears to have been underway since August in locations including Canada and Iceland . The screenplay , rewritten by Christopher and Jonathan Nolan , focuses on the work of theoretical physicist Kip Thorne. Certainly the movie I am most looking forward to. Will there be inception like fireworks? Let’s hope so!
